Dear sir,

I hope you are doing well. As I have already planned and informed leave 
for 8th, 9th, and 10th May, and considering that our work from home ends 
on 5th May, I kindly request to continue working from home on the 6th 
and 7th May.

The reason is that travelling from my hometown to the office just for 
two days and returning immediately is not feasible. I assure you that I 
will remain fully available and committed to my responsibilities during 
these two days while working remotely.

I would be grateful for your understanding and approval.
