Hi Suriya,

Thank you for informing us about your next move. We’re happy to see your 
progress and wish you all the best in your new role.

However, starting Monday, you are required to work from the office — 
work from home will not be allowed during the notice period. 
Additionally, no leaves will be permitted during this time, and you are 
expected to follow proper in-time and out-time discipline.

Kindly prepare a KT document covering the tasks and responsibilities you 
have handled during your tenure.
