Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that my mother has recently gone through a 
knee replacement surgery. As part of her recovery process, I need to 
accompany her for daily physiotherapy sessions.

In view of this, I kindly request your approval to work from home from 
03-10-2025 to 17-10-2025 . I will ensure that my work responsibilities 
are managed efficiently during this period and will remain fully 
available over phone, email, and online meetings.

I sincerely seek your support and understanding in this matter.
