Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take this opportunity to express 
my sincere appreciation for the support and guidance I have received 
since joining in January 2024. Over the past 1 year and 9 months, I have 
worked with full dedication to contribute to the growth and success of 
our team and organization.

During this period, I have taken on increasing responsibilities and 
consistently strived to deliver quality results. I genuinely value the 
trust the company has placed in me and remain committed to continuing my 
best efforts toward achieving our shared goals.

However, with the rising cost of living and my current financial 
situation, it has become increasingly difficult to manage expenses on my 
existing salary. Therefore, I would like to humbly request a salary 
increment of ₹18,000. I believe this adjustment would reflect both my 
continued commitment and the value I bring to the organization.

I truly enjoy being a part of this company and am eager to continue 
contributing with the same dedication and enthusiasm. I would be 
grateful for your kind consideration of my request.
