Adarsa,
After one month i will review again all the assigned tasks in the email , I
can not see much outcome .
As you are working under Kamal, kamal please specify the assigned task and
output from Adarsh , we need to review his performance , i can not see
initiative from him directly.
Few days back i have asked him to change some ppt , you directly told me i
can not , and told me lot of work given by Kamal sir , but later i asked
kamal why lot of work there for him , then kamal told no not much , he can
do , then after 10 min you send me the ppt , so i can not see every day
status from you . I have been told every day we need to update the status
of every work we are doing for the company we need to put in .

Tomorrow we will do a face to face meeting in the presence of , kamal ,
pravakr , shaila bhai .
