Most AiBAY orders arrive within 25-40 minutes, depending on your location and the restaurant's preparation time. You can track your order live in the app from the moment it's confirmed.
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, popular digital wallets, and cash on delivery in most serviceable areas.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 minutes of placing them. After the restaurant starts preparing your food, cancellations may be subject to a partial charge.
There's no minimum order value on AiBAY. Orders below ₹299 carry a small delivery fee, which is waived automatically above that amount or with an active free-delivery coupon.
